Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Preorders 

Preorders typically have a 1-2 week production period. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Garments to be produced and shipped out. if you have any concerns please contact [unitygalleria@gmail.com]

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
UnityGalleria is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at [unitygalleria@gmail.com], and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
